In the second hour this morning, MJ reminded us of what Amarillo Mayor Cole Stanley said on the show last Friday. He replays a five minute segment in which the Mayor seems to suggest money being discovered - literally millions of dollars - in project accounts that have gone unclosed is the result of personnel lack of oversight. The Mayor also hints that there is even more money waiting to be discovered. Michael J reminded us who was in charge and questioned why some decisions were made. All of it leads to a virtual demand for a forensic audit of City accounting and beyond.
