Pemberton Indicted By Randall County Grand Jury

19-year-old Dawson Pemberton was indicted by a Randall County grand jury for causing a crash that killed two people and severely injured another.

In early June, Pemberton ran a red light on Soncy Road at S.W. 45th Avenue, causing a crash that damaged a total of nine vehicles.

He faces indictments for two counts of manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and two counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle.

He’s in the Randall County Jail with bond set at $450,000.
