An Amarillo group has been put on stand-by to go to Kentucky for disaster relief.
Paramount Disaster Relief Chain Saw team has been put into service to be prepared to dispatch to the scene of the previous weekend’s disastrous tornado aftermath.
Paramount Baptist Church Director, Ernest McNabb says they will probably be dispatched to Kentucky, although he does not have a specific area of assignment. He goes on to say they will more than likely be assigned to clean-up duties like clearing sidewalks, driveways, power poles, and other debris.
McNabb also says the Paramount Baptist Chain Saw Team has been in service for about thirty years.
