Panhandle PBS Receives Regional Emmy Award Nomination

Panhandle PBS has been nominated for a Regional Emmy Award for Best Documentary for the Living While Black series.

In the series, staff asked Black and biracial Amarillo residents to describe what living while black means in this country and what everyone can do to move conversations forward to create change.

“Living While Black” first aired in March and April of 2021 on Panhandle PBS and is now airing in an encore presentation at 7pm on Thursdays.
