Pampa Fatal Auto Crash

Crash Near Panhandle
A Pampa woman is dead following a head-on collision at 6:25 p.m.Memorial Day.
A 2021 GMC Sierra was going westbound on SH 152 when a 2002 Trailblazer crossed over the center line and into the path of it.
Sixty-three-year-old Michael Lugar of Orange Park, Florida, could not avoid the collision and smashed head on into the Trailblazer driven by 28-year-old Kristen Knoop of Pampa
Knoop was pronounced dead at the scene. Lugar was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, where he is listed in stable condition.
Lugar was wearing a seatbelt. Knoop was not.
Texas DPS officers are continuing to investigate the crash.
