Pampa Couple Arrested After March Attempted Kidnapping
A married couple from Pampa has been arrested for in connection with a kidnapping that took place in March.
The victim was taken from an Amarillo restaurant and was assaulted in the vehicle but was able to escape on South Osage and a witness was able to call the police.
44-year-old Christopher Paul Givens and 28-year-old Tristin Janae Givens were arrested May 8th by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office after they received the location of the suspects.
The suspects were known to the victim and felony warrants were issued for their arrests for Aggravated Kidnapping.
Both suspects were found at a residence located at 320 W, FM 1151.
The Randall County SWAT Team attempted to make contact with the individuals inside the residence where they discovered 4 people were inside.
The other 2 residents obeyed the initial commands to exit and after a short standoff, Christopher and Tristin Givens did exit and were taken into custody without incident.
One of the other individuals in the residence was also found to have a warrant and was arrested for a probation violation on a previous drug charge and all were booked into the Randall County Jail.
