One Woman Facing Additional Charges After Weekend Standoff

One woman is facing additional jail time after a standoff with Randall County deputies over the weekend.

Officials knocked on Katasha Woodward’s door June 4th at 1:30pm as they attempted to serve her a warrant, resulting in the dispute.

She reportedly opened the door, saw the officers and then barricaded herself indoors.

Woodward was taken into custody at 4pm.

She is now facing charges of evading arrest and stalking, along with the original charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
