One Dead after Crash West of Dumas

A 2 vehicle crash west of Dumas has left one dead.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says that at 7 am on January 20th the vehicles collided when the driver of the first vehicle, a motorcycle, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and turned into the patch of a Jeep.

The driver of the motorcycle, Andres Torres, was transported to Moore County Hospital where he later passed from injuries sustained in the collision.

Both the driver and passenger in the Jeep were uninjured, and the crash is still under investigation.
