Oldham County Midpoint Fire

The Oldham County grassfire, now called The Midpoint fire is now roughly 60 percent contained.

The Texas Forest Sevice says the fire consumed about 2,000 acres.

Fire crews have worked overnight and they are working along the left flank of the blaze and wotking a fireline in some of the areas rough terrain.

So far, there is no confirmed number of lost or damaged structures
