Amarillo Economic Development Corporation To Meet Thursday

The Amarillo Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet Thursday at 9am in the First Bank Southwest Tower on the 9th Floor. The Board will have discussion regarding commercial or financial information received from a business prospect and/or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect regarding Aviation, Manufacturing, Crop Production and Information. They will discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Purchase Sale Agreement between Amarillo EDC and Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC for 51.45 acres, neighboring the AEDC South Georgia Business Park. The Board will hear staff operational reports, Financial Updates and public comments. Public comments must be no more than three minutes.
