Saturday Drowning Victim Identified, Donations Sought
An update to the story we brought you Wednesday about a drowning death Saturday at the Lake Meredith Spring Canyon Day Use Area.
In an online post the family of 21-year-old Alex Ramirez have identified him as the deceased man found around 7:30 Saturday evening.
Ramirez was swimming with family members when he slipped beneath the water.
The family is seeking donations to help with expenses.
Hutchinson County and other departments continue that investigation.
