Randall County Deputies arrested 46-year-old Jason Allen Russell Sunday at 9:56am for Theft Class-C, bond was set at $500.
Sheriffs arrested Stephanie Lynn Campbell, age 35 Sunday at 9:05pm for Operation of a Vehicle without Registration and Driving While License is Invalid, bond was set at $1,000. RCSO arrested 47-year-old Daniel De Oliveira Dutra Monday morning at 6:28 for Public Intoxication, bond was set at $500.
