Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Sunday For Assault, Criminal Trespass & Weapons Violations
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 19-year-old Damien Blair Sunday morning at 4 in the 1900 block of Currie for two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Resisting arrest and a City Charge, bond was set at $79,000.
Deputies arrested Timothy Michael Bowen, age 47 Sunday at 2:38pm in the 2100 block of South Coulter for Criminal Trespass and a City Charge. Sunday afternoon at 1pm, PCSO arrested Elizabeth Ashley De Los Santos in the 1000 block of Amarillo Blvd for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Failure to Identify, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon with A Felony Conviction and Deadly Conduct.
Potter County Deputies arrested 21-year-old Wuilver Hernandez Gutierrez Sunday morning at 1:30 at Southwest 7th and Polk for Assault on a Security Guard, Resisting Arrest and a City Charge, bond was set at $1,000. Bond was set at $2,000 for 34-year-old Lindsey Brooke Hargis of Baxter, Tennessee who was arrested Sunday morning at 1:58 for Driving While Intoxicated. PCSO arrested Gloria Jean Johnson, age 62 Sunday at 8pm in the 1500 block of North Adams for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Deputies arrested Jonathan Jesus Rodriguez-Barron, age 19 Sunday at 8:15pm in the 2400 block of Dumas Drive for Reckless Driving.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 41-year-old Jennifer Nicole Tarlton Sunday at 9:15pm in the 3700 block of I-40East for Criminal Trespass.
Bond was set at $2,000 for Mariela Gutierrez Torres, age 28 who was arrested Sunday at 1:20am in the 1000 block of South Grand for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies arrested 24-year-old David Roberto Vazquez Sunday at 4:51am for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Driving While Intoxicated and two JP Charges, bond was assessed at $7,000. Potter County Deputies arrested 67-year-old Anthony Ray Gilbreath Sunday at 6:21pm at Northeast 24th and Grand for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
