Randall County Sheriffs Made Arrests Tuesday For Parole Violation, Drugs & Assault
Randall County Deputies arrested 63-year-old Carl Wayne Bennett Tuesday at 12:13am for a Parole Violation. RCSO arrested Joseph Andrew Martinez, age 25 Tuesday at 8:24am for Possession of a Controlled Penalty Group-2, two counts of Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation, Burglary of a Habitation, Continuous Violence Against at Family Member and Interference with an Emergency Call for Assistance. Deputies took 29-year-old Daytren Quashone Nelson into custody Tuesday at 12:58am for a Parole Violation.
Randall County Arrested 26-year-old Melanie Garcia Tuesday afternoon at 12:09 for Driving While Intoxicated. 60-year-old Rudy Magallanez was picked up by Randall County S.O. Tuesday at 1:37am for a Parole Violation. Bond was set at $986 for 51-year-old Jesse Gonzales who was arrested by RCSO Tuesday at 1:54pm for No Driver’s License, License Plate Violation and no Car Insurance. Randall County Sheriffs arrested 18-year-old Gene Alexander Busler Tuesday at 8:41pm for Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation.
Randall County Deputies arrested Travon Michael McNary, age 21 Tuesday at 5:57pm for two counts of Violation of a Bond or Protective Order and two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Bond was set at $2,000 for 30-year-old Michael Duane Ferguson who was arrested Tuesday at 7:16pm for Public Intoxication and Burglary of Vehicles. Randall County S.O. arrested Michael Jacob Leatherman, age 29 Tuesday at 8:12pm for Assault Class-C, bond was set at $500. Deputies arrested Eric Pascal Baca-Acosta, age 38 Tuesday at 11:01pm on an FBI Hold.
