Randall County Grand Jury Indicts Three In Amarillo Murder
The Randall County Grand Jury has indicted three people in connection to the murder of 45-year-old Jeremy Ray on Monday, May 25th. The Amarillo Police Department Homicide Unit presented the murder investigation to the Randall County Grand Jury. Following the presentation, the Grand Jury returned indictments for Felony Murder against 18-year-old Jontrell Graves, Jaylyn Johnson age 18, and 43-year-old Meghan Kern.
On May 25th at 12:45 am officers were sent to 3906 South Tyler regarding a shooting. Jeremy Ray was found with a gunshot wound, transported to a local hospital and succumbed to his injuries on Friday, May 29th.
All three defendants are currently being held in the Randall County Detention Center.
