Potter County Sheriffs Made Arrests Monday For Traffic Violations, Burglary & Assault
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 50-year-old Shawn Todd Bichsel Monday morning at 9:41 in the 300 block of Cherry for Driving While License is Invalid with a Previous Suspension or Conviction. Deputies arrested Michelle R. Branch, age 46 Monday at 8:02pm at Wichita and Hayes for Burglary of a Habitation and a JP Charge, bond was assessed at $500. Potter County Detention Center inmate Malcolm DeShane Brown was charged Monday with Assault on a Family or Household Member with a Previous Conviction. P-C-D-C inmate 21-year-old Jose Alberto Estrada of Roma, Texas was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Potter County Deputies arrested 33-year-old Desiree Monique Ewing Monday at 3:36pm in the 400 block of Van Buren for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Potter County Detention Center inmate Manolo DeQuan Ewing was charged Monday with Continuous Violence Against a Family Member. Deputies arrested Larita Shenea Frazier, age 52 Monday at 1:23pm at Northwest 7th and Van Buren for Failure to Identify As A Fugitive and a City Charge.
Bond was set at $2,500 for 59-year-old Otilia Gonzales who was arrested by PCSO Monday at 9:11pm at Northeast 15th and Polk for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Detention Center inmate Marshall T. Johnston, age 26 was charged Monday with two counts of Assault on Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property. P-C-D-C inmate 47-year-old Robert Lynn Lewis was charged Monday with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Sheriffs arrested 26-year-old Jose Maldonado-Ramos Monday morning at 12:03 in the 2800 block of South Nelson for Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member with a Weapon. P-C-D-C inmate 38-year-old Alexander Montes was charged Monday with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More Offense and a JP Charge.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 25-year0old Jonathan Ramos-Tavarez Monday evening at 8 in the 1300 block of North Cleveland for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle. Deputies arrested 33-year-old Moses Rico, Junior Monday at 11:30am in the 1200 block of North Woodland for a Parole Violation. PCSO arrested Moses Galvan Rico, Junior, age 55 Monday at 11am in the 1200 block of North Woodland for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 between 1 and 4 grams and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 between 4 and 400 grams. Potter County Deputies arrested 42-year-old Joel Pena Valdez Monday at 3:33pm in the 1500 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Resisting Arrest, Failure to Identify as a Fugitive and a City Charge.

Deputes arrested 50-year-old James Michael Williamson Monday at 12:10pm in the 1400 block of South Ross and Driving with an Invalid License with a Previous Conviction or Suspension.
