Potter County Sheriffs Made Sunday Arrests For DWI, Drugs & Assault
Potter County Sheriffs arrested Samuel DeWayne Anderson Junior, age 37 Sunday at 2:40am in the 900 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies arrested 39-year-old Macham Angui Sunday at 12noon in the 3600 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Sunday at 9:40pm, PCSO arrested 30-year-old Miguel Badillo in the 100 block of South Independence for three counts of Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person by Reckless Behavior. Bond was set at $2,750 for Julian Benigno Benavidez, age 19 who was arrested by Potter County Sunday at 12:38am for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and Failure to Identify as a Fugitive.
Potter County Deputies arrested 20-year-old Rali Jade Byrd of Canyon Sunday morning at 4:03 at I-40 and Manhattan for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $2,000. Sunday morning at 9:35, PCSO arrested 70-year-old Michael DeWayne Caples in the 1900 block of Gregory for Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or More Offense. Deputies arrested 22-year-old Isidro DeSantiago Solis Sunday at 3:16am at I-40East and Exit 69-B for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $2,000. Bond was set at $1,500 for 19-year-old Joseph Elijah Detten who was arrested Sunday morning at 2:15 in the 700 block of North Roberts for Indecent Exposure.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 39-year-old Adrian Anthony Diaz Sunday at 8am at Northwest 4th and Tennessee for Fraudulent Use of Identification and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Bond was set at $1,000 for 22-year-old Daniel Pierce Fitzgerald who was arrested by PCSO Sunday at 3am at Southeast 6th and Taylor for Resisting Arrest and a City Charge. Potter County arrested 75-year-old Edward Gene Gibbs Sunday at 7pm in the 100 block of North Bowyer for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1 and a City Charge. Deputies arrested 33-year-old Aubrie Ann Hernandez Sunday morning at 1:41 in the 2600 block of Paramount for Driving While Intoxicated.
Potter County Deputies arrested Ruben James Kadin, age 35 Sunday at 1:20am in the 1700 block of Southeast 14th and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, bond was set at $2,500. PCSO arrested 40-year-old Allison Kindred Sunday at 8pm in the 1500 block of South Coulter for Assault on Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property. Potter County S.O. arrested 19-yar-old Isaac Mayhew Sunday at 5:30pm in the 2500 block of Clema for Evading Arrest, two counts of Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, Driving While Intoxicated and a City Charge.
Deputies arrested 46-year-old Arthur Arrellano Mendez, Junior Sunday at 11:43am at Southwest 6th and Georgia for Failure to Identify as a Fugitive and a City Charge.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 22-year-old Alexis Kaye Montgomery Sunday at 5pm in the 7700 block of Pinnacle for Robbery, bond was set at $20,000. Bond was set at $5,000 for 21-year-old Corey Garrard Nickerson who was arrested by Potter County Sunday at 1:30am in the 300 block of Ross for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. PCSO arrested Jose Quintero, age 19 Sunday at 2am in the 2000 block of South Western for Driving While Intoxicated, bond was set at $2,000. Deputies arrested 34-year-old J.R. Reynolds of Licking, Missouri Sunday at 11:45am at Mirror and 4th for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-3.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested Isaiah Lee Robbins, age 34 Sunday morning at 12:35 at San Jacinto and Georgia for a Fugitive Charge, two JP Charges and an Out-Of-County Charge, bond was assessed at $1,000. Bond was set at $5,000 for 35-year-old Samuel Dean Rodriguez who was arrested Sunday at 12:35am in the 800 block of South Kentucky for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. PSCO arrested Dashawn Antonio Tucker-Johnson, age 26 Sunday at 2:10pm at Amarillo Blvd and Fillmore for Falsification of a Drug Test.
