TX-13 Rep. Jackson Spoke On Floor Of House Tuesday
Texas District 13 Representative Ronny Jackson spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives Tuesday in support of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027. He began by thanking Chairman Rogers for his leadership in bringing the NDAA to the Floor for the 66th year, adding
“As Chairman of the Intelligence and Special Operations Subcommittee, I am especially proud that this bill provides our Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, and the security cooperation enterprise with the tools and resources needed to execute the Department’s National Defense Strategy and counter an ever-changing threat landscape.”
Jackson said the bill adds approximately $1.3 billion in funding for U.S. Special Operations Command to address critical needs within its programs. He closed by urging his colleagues to support HR 8800.
