Potter County Sheriffs Made Monday Arrests For Assault, Drugs & A City Charge
Potter County Detention Center inmate Henry Bailey Cazares was charged Monday with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Deputies arrested 21-year-old Kelandria Rona Coleman Monday at 3:48pm at Southwest 16th and Georgia for Possession of Dangerous Drugs. Monday at 10:03pm Deputies arrested 30-year-old Charlie Cruz and Northeast 24th and Grand for a City Charge, JP Charge and an Out-of-County Charge. 47-year-old Billy Joe Garcia was arrested Monday morning at 1:28 at Southeast 16th and Houston for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 21-year-old Luis Moises Garcia Monday morning at 2am at Amarillo Blvd & Harrison for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Deputies arrested Bobby Joseph Hernandez, Junior age 45 Monday at 1:03pm in the 2400 block of South Georgia for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2 and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
PCSO arrested 35-year-old Lorenzo Lankford Monday morning at 1:28 at Southeast 7th and Polk for Indecent Exposure. Monday morning at 6:40, Deputies arrested Levi Michael Ledford, age 20 in the 900 block of South Avondale for Aggravated Sexual Assault.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 38-year-old Vilma Georgina Zamora Monday at 2:09am in the 4100 block of I-40 West for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container, bond was set at $1,000.
Potter County Sheriffs charged Randall County Jail inmate Joshua Lucero, age 17 Monday at 10:30am with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Deputies arrested 34-year-old Frankie Malacara Monday morning at 2:45 at 8th and Manhattan for Evading Arrest, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Driving with an Invalid License with a Previous Suspension or Conviction, bond was set at $5,000. 74-year-old Billy Arthur Martinez was arrested by PCSO Monday at 10:43am in the 1500 block of South Cleveland for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense. Bond was set at $10,000 for 43-year-old Dominique Matthew Mercer who was arrested by Potter County Monday at 1:47am for Manufacture and Delivery or a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 40-year-old Anthony Tey Telles Monday at 2:35pm at I-40 and Paramount for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Evading Arrest and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. Potter County Deputies arrested Carlos Prospero, Junior age 37 Monday at 6:25pm in the 2200 block of Sanborn for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Potter County on Monday charged Randall County inmate Thomas Shane Russ, age 55 with Theft of Property greater than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Randall County Jail Inmate 45-year-old Benjamin James Schwartz was charged by Potter County Monday for Theft of Aluminum, Bronze, Copper and Brass greater than $20,000 and three Out-Of-County Charges.
