Texas Panhandle Sports Hall Of Fame To Induct New Honorees
The Texas Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame will induct four new members on Sunday June 7th at 2pm in the Civic Center Grand Plaza. The Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame managed by Kids Incorporated will spotlight Golf with this years inductees, Ryan Palmer, Sherwin Cox, Teresa Tinner and Harold Lewis. Ryan Palmer and Sherwin Cox are golf professionals, Lewis played football for the Pampa Harvesters and later the Baltimore Colts, Tinner was one of the top women’s basketball players at West Texas A&M. They will be honored along with coaches and athletes of the year from 2025-2026 in 11 sports. Admission to the ceremonies is free.
