It’s amazing what one can learn from listening to Tim Butler and Newsday Amarillo! One of the names on Tim’s popular Police Blotter segments, was a name that sounded familiar to Michael J. Turns out the now former Superintendent of the Amarillo Landfill was arrested (again) in Randall County Tuesday. He was arrested in late January as well. MJ also gets into his autopsy of the Landfill documents – Daily Cover Sheets and Daily Check Lists – and doesn’t paint the City in a positive light. In fact, given the fact homes have been destroyed or damaged due to the lack of concern, it places the City in an embarrassing – and most likely – costly situation.
