Dallas Cowboys Hire OC Brian Schottenheimer As New HC
The Cowboys have decided on who will be their new head coach. Dallas chose to promote offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer into the role over the weekend and he will now become the 10th coach in franchise history. The two sides reportedly agreed to a four-year deal. The 51-year-old is a career assistant that is the son of Marty Schottenheimer, the former head coach of the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington and San Diego Chargers. Former Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus is joining the team as the new defensive coordinator.
