New Robotic Surgery Equipment At Physicians to Increase Access to Surgery

Physicians Surgical Hospitals has added robotics to its healthcare regime.

To aid in availability for minimally invasive surgery, they have made the move to incorporate the da Vinci Xi System.

It’s a state-of-the-art surgical robotics platform that can be used for gynecologic, urologic, thoracic, cardiac, and general surgeries.

The robot is always under the control of a surgeon, who is able to guide the arms of the robot precisely while minimizing how invasive operations are.

Physicians Surgical Hospitals is a leader in surgical robotics and is also using MAKO Smartrobotics for hip and knee replacements, and the ExcelsiusGPS for spinal operations.
