New Education Assistance Program to Benefit A&M’s Doctoral Program

A doctoral degree is hard to come by nowadays, but for faculty and staff in the A&M system, you can essentially get it for free.

Through the system’s new Doctoral Education Assistance program, anyone who is a part of any doctoral granting A&M school or university, including West Texas A&M can apply for all tuition and fees to be reimbursed for any courses required for their degree plan.

For an estimated savings of $27,000 a student, those with WT can choose between agriculture or education leadership, whereas other schools in the system have a wider range of doctoral programs to choose from.
