Murder Suspects In Jail

Two suspects are facing murder charges following a Thursday night robbery and shooting.

17-year-old Juan Angel Simental Jr who was robbed and shot Thursday evening by two suspects has died.

On Thursday, March 23, at around 6:13 p.m., officers found Simental shot and also robbed.

He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.

Seventeen-year-old Lamar Tirson and a 14-year-old are charged with the murder, and the 14-year-old is in the Youth Center of the High Plains, while Tirson is in the Potter County Detention Center.
