Murder Suspect Indicted

John Paul Ortega has been indicted on Capital Murder charges

The thirty-five tear-old man was originally arrested for the murder of Iliana Garza on November 29th in the 85-hundred block of I-40 East.

During the investigation it was determined that Garza was pregnant and the unborn child was killed, also.

Ortega has been arrested and booked into the Potter County Jail and the investigation into the murder is ongoing
