Motorcycle Crash Leaves Two Men Hurt

A motorcycle crash has sent two people to the hospital.

The wreck took place Friday night at 8 pm on 25th Street and Perryton Parkway in Pampa.

A 48-year-old man lost control of the bike and ended up on the lawn of the Pampa Teachers Federal Credit Union where both the rider and the motorcycle hit a 71-year-old man who was cutting grass on a riding mower.

The 71-year-old was airlifted to Northwest Texas Hospital, the driver of the motorcycle was taken to the same hospital by ambulance.

The cause of the accident was a result of failure to control speed.
