Memphis Mayor Arrested On Felony DWI CHarges

An area mayor is in jail after drinking in driving over the weekend.
The Childress County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Monday that Memphis Mayor Joe Davis was placed in jail after his third DWI arrest.
David was arrested Sunday evening February 3rd and is waiting on arraignment.
With this being his 3rd arrest that raised the case to a felony charge.
