Memphis Man Sentenced To 32 Years Behind Bars For Sexual Assault

A Memphis man will be spending 32 years behind bars for offenses of sexual assault of a child.

21-year-old Mark Anthony Weaver was given two second degree felony offences for 16 years in prison.

Weaver was first sentenced in September of 2020 to probation for 6 years but failed multiple times to follow the terms of his probation.

Weaver will be required to serve at least 50% of each sentence before he would be eligible for parole.
