Meals on Wheels Has A New Plan

Meals on Wheels of Amarillo is holding a press conference on November 9th at 5 pm to share their new AniMeals on Wheels Program.

This program offers MoW Clients dog and cat food once a month, as well as veterinary services. 

Many Amarillo clients have pets for love and companionship, but they have issues in affording the food and vet costs associated.

The group has done studies in other areas and has tailored the Amarillo Animeals to fit into this market. 

Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine is partnered with Animeals on Wheels, providing students and faculty to treat pets who need it. 

The press conference will be open to the public and will be located at their building at 7550 Outlook Drive.
