Man Sentenced To Over 200 Years In Prison

Davis Lewis Holland has been sentenced to 204 years for Arson with a deadly weapon, Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, Unlawful possession of a firearm, evading Arrest with a vehicle and also lighting a fire at an ex-girlfriend’s trailer.

The U.S. District Attorney’s Office says a Potter County Jury convicted Lewis on May 25th.

According to a D.A’s office release, in April of 2021,. Holland went to the woman’s home and poured gas on the skirting of it and front door, then poured gas on a pickup truck and was about to fire it up when the girlfriend spotted him.

Mr. Holland then proceeded to fire a gun into the trailer and got away from the scene. Several days later he returned to the scene and tried to finish the job he had started when two neighbors spotted him. Police were called and Holland began his getaway, only to be caught

He’s sentenced to 99 years for the Arson with deadly weapon, 80 years on the Aggravated Assault, 20 years for Unlawful possession and 5 years for evading arrest
