Man Indicted For Drugs and Weapons Possessions

A man who was arrested for possession of drugs has officially been indicted by the United States District Court.

Vincent Chavez Jr was arrested back on October 6th when authorities found 6 pounds of meth, 2 pounds of cocaine, 200 grams of fentanyl pills and cash in his home in the 1900 block of South Seminole.

A grand Jury has officially charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or more of Methamphetamine and  Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Chavez was already convicted for possessing a Smith & Wesson .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
