Man Arrested After December 22nd Wreck That Killed 5

The driver involved in a drunk driving wreck has been charged.
Larry Rolen was charged with 4 counts of intoxicated manslaughter after the death of 5 family members.
On December 22nd,the Amarillo Police Department was called out to the 500 block of West St. Francis, where Rolen struck the Colin Family’s car, killing 4 and seriously injuring 1.
A 5th family member later died of her injuries on December 24th.
he has been arrested and booked in the Potter County Jail.
