Lone Star Ballet Announces New Floor And Remember The Alamo Ballet

At Center City on Thursday, January 10th, Lone Star Ballet revealed the latest addition to the studio – a brand new floor!
In addition to the new floor, Lone Star Ballet will be presenting “Remember the Alamo” ballet. There will be a public performance January 25th at 8:00 p.m. at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts.
We spoke with the Ballet Mistress, Jean Banks, on the new floor, amount of time the dancers put into work, and the importance of art.
We also had a chance to speak with Artistic Director and Academy Director of Lone Star Ballet Vicki McLean on the magnitude of the new floor and this particular ballet.
