Local Girls Sign Intent Letters For College Basketball

Two students signed their college acceptance letters this last weekend. 

DKiera Johnson and Aleea Miller were joined by their club basketball Team Game Time as they signed and celebrated their admission into Howard College. 

They both received basketball scholarships and will play with the Hawks as well as excel in their academic studies. 

Fabrian Miller, the mother of Aleea, shared her feelings about her daughter’s path into basketball starting up young and letting nothing become an obstacle to keep her out of it.

JR Graves, the coach for Team Game Time was impressed with the girl’s attitude for the game and is glad that scholarships came their way.

Aleea and DKiera will start their college basketball and academic pursuits in the fall of 2022.
