  • USDA’s weekly Crop Progress report shows harvest of the three major Texas summer crops – corn, cotton, and sorghum – all running ahead of normal pace.
  • A lot of milk powder is produced in the Texas Panhandle, and, good news: USDA export data shows a surge in sales of such products to foreign markets.
