Judge Nancy Tanner Talks Mental Health with The Chat

Despite how important mental health and mental health treatment is in today’s society, Amarillo doesn’t have the proper resources to treat our residents dealing with those issues.

Anytime someone has a behavioral crisis in the area they are sent to other parts of the state instead of being treated here.

Judge Nancy Tanner joined The Chat and talked about how important it is for there to be a proper care facility in our area, and why exactly it would be beneficial.

She also says there are already assets set aside in the form of financing and land.
