Jerry Jones Stands Firm On His National Anthem Policy

(Oxnard, CA) — Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is not bending regarding the national anthem policy. Jones made it clear on Wednesday that all of his players must stand for the national anthem, and they’re not allowed to stay in the locker room. The NFL adopted a new policy earlier this year which demands players stand during the anthem, but allows them to stay in the locker room if they didn’t wish to participate. The player’s union filed a grievance for the policy and the league agreed last week not to enforce it while an agreement was worked out. Jones addressed the recent comments by President Trump, and stated the President’s position on the anthem isn’t helping them find a solution.  (Metro News Source)

Last season Jerry made the players follow these same rules in regards to the National Anthem.
