Infant Pain Reliever Recall At Walmart, Family Dollar & CVS

(Undated) — A recall is out for infant pain reliever sold by major retailers. The infant ibuprofen was to be sold at retail chains including Walmart, CVS pharmacies, and Family Dollar stores. The New Jersey company that makes the medication expanded the voluntary recall yesterday. The over-the-counter drug might have a higher concentration of ibuprofen than shown on the label. The drugmaker, Tris Pharma, says it hasn’t gotten any reports of serious problems.
