An Oklahoma resident pled guilty in Amarillo Federal Court last week to a count of violating the Illegal Gambling Business law.
Documents filed in the U.S. District court show Bluford Lewis Clary running the illegal operation.
It comes on the heels of an investigation by Homeland Securty and theTexas D.P.S.
They found a number of the operations including Childress, Quanah, Shamrock, and Memphis..
Clary admitted to acting with other persons.
In 2018, D.P.S.and Homeland security found the electric gambling machines with people getting paid cash for their winnings.
