I.D. Of Victim And Suspect In Randall County Murder

Suspect 41-year-old Charles Duane Parsons
The identity of both the victim and suspect in a shooting death has been released by The Randall County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim, 47-year-old Allen Darrell Ward of Hereford was found in a crashed vehicle near FM 1705 Tuesday night after a 911 call to Randall County dispatchers.
The suspect is 41-year-old Charles Duane Parsons of Bluff Dale, who was near the scene of the accident and identified as the 911 caller.
Parsons is in custody at the Randall County jail on a murder charge and has a $100,000 bond.
Texas Department of Public Safety personnel is currently performing a crash reconstruction and the investigation into Ward’s death continues.
