Homecoming Parade Ready To Kickoff A Week of Celebration

West Texas A&M University is preparing for homecoming once again, and opening the festivities is the annual parade. 

Set for October 1st, registration is open for floats, vehicles, bands, and livestock to walk down Canyons Streets.

The cost to enter the parade is $50 for nonprofits, $75 for businesses, and free for WT students and campus organizations. 

Coverage of the parade will be done by Ali Allison from Channel 10 and streamed over WT’s Homepage and Channel  10’s streaming services. 

This year’s theme is “WT Through the Decades,” with a plethora of events throughout the week.
