Happy State Bank Promotes New Executive Vice President of Customers Service and Support

Happy State Bank announced Wednesday that David Smith who be promoted to Executive Vice President of Customers Service and Support.
Smith joined Happy State as Senior Vice President, Special Assets Officer in 2018 where he worked with the lending and credit groups on varies projects.
His new role will be to ensure that branch bank operations and lending functions are geared to meet customer needs in the bank’s various markets.
Smith is from Amarillo and attended Tascosa High School and later received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration General Business from West Texas State University.
