“Friends of the Library” Bringing Book Sale Back Again

Book lovers of all ages are invited to the annual Friends of the Library book sale starting Thursday, March 2nd at the Deaf Smith County library from 5-7 pm

The event will be members-only on Thursday, March 2nd, and memberships for the 2023 season will be sold at the door that day.

The sale will open to the public on March 4th at 10 am and will continue during regular library hours through the end of the month.

Hardbacks will be sold for $2, DVDs and CDs will be $1, children’s books will go for a quarter, magazines can be had for a dime, and more.

Money raised from the sales and membership fees will go towards supporting various library programs such as the summer reading club and an online newspaper collection.
