Welterweight Champ Spence Hurt In Car Wreck
(Dallas, TX) — Dallas world welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. was seriously injured in a single-car rollover crash near downtown. Dallas police said Spence was not wearing a seatbelt as his Ferrari flipped several times. He is in intensive care, but the injuries are not life-threatening. The 20-year-old is 26-and-0 and last month beat Shawn Porter in a 147-pound title match.
