Five Arrested In Online Solicitation Sting

A carefully executed sting resulted in the arrest of five adult males.

On January 26, the Special Victims Unit, along with the Proactive Criminal Enforcement Unit conducted the operation that netted the five suspects by creating social media profiles that resulted in chats during which the suspects thought they were exchanging texts with underaged targets that were actually officers.

The suspects were told to meet at a residence for the purpose of sex.

Arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Felony Online Solicitation of a Minor were:

• 24-year-old Saul Reyes
• 27-year-old Bryson Munselle
• 19-year-old Eric J. Rodriguez
• 37-year-old Demarcus St. Julian
• 20-year-old Andrew Trejo

Officials say there were numerous chats taking place at various times during the sting.
