Festival of the Trees Coming to Help Those in Need

The 7th annual Festival of the Trees is coming up on the 19th of November at the Botanical Gardens starting at 6:30.

It will include a dinner and drinks, as well as a silent and live auction for 20 decorated trees, donated by individuals and businesses locally. 

This event is put on by Panhandle Community Services, a community leader for the panhandle to change the lives of low-income families.

Their agency assists families in housing, utilities, family development, transportation, or weatherization. 

Especially after the pandemic, more people need help than ever before.
