Fentanyl Pills Seized After Traffic Stop

Nearly $600,000 worth of drugs are off the street after a traffic stop in Oldham County.

On November 17th, Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers pulled over a vehicle and discovered the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

The Driver told authorities that there was only marijuana in the vehicle but after a search was conducted fentanyl pills were found in the bag in the front seat.

The driver said he was paid $3,000 to deliver the pills to Pennsylvania.

He was arrested and booked into the Randall County Jail for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
