Fentanyl Pills Found After Traffic Stop In Stratford

A traffic Stop in Stratford landed one man behind bars after drugs were found.

Stratford PD Chief Richard Coborn spotted the man traveling too closely to another vehicle on US 54 and conducted a stop.

After observing several indications of criminal activity, Chief Coborn asked for consent to search the vehicle, he found five packages of blue pills concealed in the dashboard.

The pills had the appearance of counterfeit M30 pills, but later tested positive for fentanyl.

He was taken to Randall County Jail and booked on a federal hold.
