Eye On Wellness Country Strong

This is how to become country strong, with little to no equipment.

First, the simple pushup. Start with doing 5 sets of twenty. Can’t do twenty all at once. Do as many good form reps as you can. Rest ten seconds Then do more reps, repeat until you’ve done twenty reps.

Try air squats…Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart with abs and glutes tight.
Push your rear end back and bend at the knees.lower your torso until your thighs are paralell to the floor

Stand back up squeezing your glutes That’s one rep. Do 5 sets of 15.

The plank shoulder tap.. Start in the pushup position hands directly below your shoulders, feet shoulder width apart, keeping your core and glutes tight. Without moving your hips, lift your right hand and touch it to your left shoulder. Hold for a split second then return to the floor. Repeat on the other side. Do reps for 30 seconds. Do five sets.
